ABA YLD Summit
Diversity: The Next Generation

The ABA YLD diversity summit, Diversity: The Next Generation, attracted approximately 175 attendees from all racial, ethnic, gender, sexual orientation and gender identity, and disability backgrounds. The Washington, DC event, cosponsored by relevant outside groups and all ABA diversity entities, sparked conversations that we hope will allow people to become more comfortable dealing with diversity in the workplace and will provide them with solutions for the related issues.  The ABA YLD plans to update its online diversity toolkit, and to formulate a diversity training manual based on the information gathered during the event. Please continue to submit your diversity stories
