If you want to indulge yourself while in Miami - make your plans now and reserve services for you and your friends. These links will get you information on some of the most popular spots.

Stacey Koch, YLD Host Committee Chair, ranks her favorites.....

Agua Bathhouse Spa at the Delano at South Beach - "Located on the hotel's roof, serenely beautiful and peaceful" surroundings with white flowing curtains everywhere. You can get the full array of spa treatments, but the massages are the best! Totally worth it. Good steam room and sun deck which you can also use. Visit their website for contact information and to learn more at : http://www.delanohotelmiamibeach.com/.

Ritz-Carlton Spa at South Beach - "The only full service spa on South Beach- this Temple of Beauty is 16,000 square feet with 14- treatment rooms." The hotel itself also gorgeous. Check out their website for contact information and to learn more about the following this and other spas: http://www.southbeach-usa.com/features/best/spas.htm

Spa of Eden at the historic Eden Roc Renaissance Resort - "Ranked one of the top fitness spas in the country, the Spa of Eden, is the perfect place to restore both body and soul." Just blocks from the Fontainebleau. You can get all your spa needs handled. The Eden Roc also has a great gym, which I belong to. Check out their website at http:// www.edenrocresort.com/spa.htm

The Spa at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Brickell Key [just over the Brickell Bridge down town] the BEST off the beach option. "The 15,000-square-foot Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Miami is an award-winning sanctuary. It features 17 private treatment rooms, including six stunning split-level suites, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the bay." The hotel is gorgeous as well. http://www.mandarinoriental.com/hotel/526000004.asp

If a manicure or pedicure or both is on your agenda your best bet is "Some Like It Hot," a beauty salon and day spa located in the store Brownes Beauty & Co., on Lincoln Road Mall on South Beach. I escape here weekly for some TLC. http://www.brownesbeauty.com/home.phtml
