Council Members Dinner
Thursday, May 15, 6:30 p.m.

Forget counting calories. The Council will begin a weekend of gastronomic delights at Bella Luna Restaurant, chosen by your host committee for the expansive views of the Mississippi River, the roof tops of the historic French District, and the outstanding cuisine of Chef Horst Pfeifer. Chef Pfeiffer grew up in the small town of Bachlingen, Germany and is one of the youngest chefs to have received a European master chef's certificate. His keen appreciation for history led to the purchase of a Creole cottage in New Orleans' Vieux Carre and to the establishment of Bella Luna -- one of the city's top rated restaurants. Cocktails and other refreshments will be served at 6:30 p.m. on our open air terrace, followed by dinner. RSVP on the Conference Registration Form and please note if you have a seafood/shellfish diet restriction. Tickets are $60 per person.
