MINORITIES IN THE PROFESSION
The Minorities in the Profession Committee has three main objectives: to encourage increased participation in the Young Lawyers Division by minority lawyers, to study the special needs and issues affecting their practice and clientele, and to encourage their participation in established state and local bar associations.
