Membership in the Young Lawyers Division is automatic for all ABA Members under 36 years old or admitted to practice for less than 5 years.
There are no membership dues, but ABA membership is required.

- The 101 Practice Series: Breaking down the Basics is an online resource for the new lawyer covering basic training in both substantive and practical aspects of a law practice. With over 170 quick tips and tools, this is an essential resource for a lawyer that is in their first three years of practice and is exclusively available to ABA members.
