The Outstanding Young Lawyer Award Board consists of nine individuals: the Immediate Past Chair of the YLD, the YLD Speaker, the YLD’s Diversity Director, one individual appointed by the YLD’s Chair, one individual appointed by the YLD’s Chair-Elect, two individuals appointed by a state or national affiliate of the YLD, one individual appointed by a local or specialty affiliate of the YLD, and one individual appointed by the President of the Fellows of the ABA YLD.
