Inter-Pacific Bar Association/M.S. Lin Scholarships for Young Lawyers
The Inter-Pacific Bar Association is pleased to announce the establishment of the M.S. Lin Scholarship Program to enable five young lawyers to attend the IPBA's Tenth Annual Meeting and Conference in Vancouver, Canada, from April 28-May 2, 2000.
To be eligible, applicants must:
- be under thirty-five years of age and have been in practice for less than five years;
- currently be involved in a cross-border practice or would like to become so involved; and
- have published an article in a reputable journal on some topic related to the work of one of the IPBA committees or provide some other objective evidence of committed involvement in the profession.
Preference will be given to candidates who without the scholarship would not otherwise be able to attend.
