3:30 - 4:45 p.m. Plenary Panel - Self Assessment and Personal Leadership: Getting the Most Out of Your Legal Career
What do you really want out of your career? What is important to you? This workshop focuses on how to get the most out of your legal career. Job satisfaction is a key factor in firm retention rates. For young women lawyers, it is important to evaluate your needs/desires and make changes before you reach the “burnout phase.” A diagnostic tool will be sent out to early registrants prior to the conference. Career coach will lead discussion and review.
