TRIAL
TECHNIQUES COMMITTEE
The Publications of the
Committee
The Trial Techniques Committee publishes three newsletters
each year. Any member who is interested in reaching thousands of trial lawyers with a
good, practical piece on trying cases should contact our newsletter editors. We also
contribute a survey on the law of trial techniques each year to the ABAs Tort &
Insurance Law Journal. If you have an interest in contributing to a law review survey,
then please contact our publications sub-committee chair.
