Jordan is former vice president and counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies. He is a past chair of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section and has served as TIPS representative in the ABA House of Delegates. He chaired the ABA working group charged with creating the ABA Task Force on Federal Class Action Legislation, and as co-chair of the ABA/TIPS Task Force on Asbestos Litigation. He is a member of the Maryland, Texas, Illinois and New York bars. Jordan is a member of the ABA Government Affairs Committee, and past-chair and current member of the TIPS Government Affairs Committee

William H. Black, Jr. has over twenty-five years of experience in handling a wide variety of complex first-party and third-party insurance coverage and bad faith matters. He has successfully litigated numerous cases and provided advice to clients in a broad range of insurance contexts, including primary and excess coverages, surplus lines coverages, risk retention groups and captive insurers. Among other areas, his practice focuses on inter-insurer disputes and on representation of excess insurers in catastrophic injury and property damage matters. Richard P. Campbell is the founder of Campbell Campbell Edwards & Conroy. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a past Chair of the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice ("TIPS") Section of the American Bar Association and current Chair of the Board of Overseers for Boston College Law School. The National Board of Trial Advocacy has certified him as a Civil Trial Advocate. Mr. Campbell represents national and international corporations and insurers in the defense of complex cases, including multi-district litigation, class actions, toxic tort, products liability, aviation and commercial disputes. Currently, he is lead counsel for US Airways in the litigation pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York arising out of the terrorist attacks of September 11th. Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein appointed him to the Aviation Defendants' Executive Committee ("ADEC") as Representative of the "Non-Carrier" Airlines Group. He was the Dean of the 2005 IADC Corporate Counsel College and Director of the 2006 National Trial Academy held at The National Judicial College and sponsored by TIPS. After September 11th, the President of the American Bar Association appointed him to the ABA's Task Force on Terrorism and the Law; he also served as Chair of the TIPS Task Force on the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund.

Janet S. Kloenhamer is President of run-off business operations for Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. She was previously the company's Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in Novato, California. She has a J.D., 1981 from the University of San Francisco and was in private practice handling insurance litigation prior to joining Fireman's Fund Home Office Claims Department in 1988. Janet is active in local, regional and national legal insurance boards and associations. In addition, she frequently lectures on insurance, litigation and management subjects.
