Taking and Defending Depositions
of London Insurance Witnesses
Complex insurance coverage suits often involve the depositions of witnesses from the London insurance market.
London depositions require an understanding of procedures, customs, and other considerations that are often
unfamiliar to even the experienced insurance coverage litigator. This program will review the "need-to-know"
aspects of the London deposition from three critical perspectives: the insured seeking discovery,
the insurer responding to the requests for discovery, and the hearing examiner presiding over the deposition. |
