to the Internet site of the TIPS Law and Technology Committee.
The Committee's members have a wide variety of interests and experience in Law and Technology.
The Committee has two principal areas of interest:
Insurance coverage for law and technology risks
The regulation of law & technology.
The Law and Technology Committee engages in a variety of activities.
For example, the Committee regularly contributes to the TIPS Annual Survey of Insurance Law
in the Winter edition of the Tort & Insurance Law Journal and sponsors programs at the ABA's
Annual Meeting.
The Committee also maintains this Internet site, which contains extensive information about Law and Technology activities.
The site has been designed to provide our members with a wide variety of information, with varying levels of expertise.
The site includes links to commercial Law and Technology news sites, which are updated daily, links to scholarly academic
articles on Law and Technology issues, links to regulatory and consulting sources and links to pertinent trade associations.
The site also provides access to substantive articles on issues of interest to our members. We welcome contributions
to the site.
As we expand our membership and activities, we solicit your participation in our activities.
