Welcome to the IPIX (Intellectual Property Information eXchange) web
site. This site, which is intended for Intellectual Property attorneys,
specifically those which are members of the Intellectual
Property Committee of the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association allows
the open communication of IP related topics to the members.

This site is multi faceted encompassing many different methods of communicating
with fellow members. The current methods of communication include:

to all members, who can then reply to you in confidence quickly and

For enrollment in a committee of the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, simply fill out the on-line
committee application form.
Please note: If you are
already a Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section member, you may join up
to three (3) committees at no additional cost. However, if you are not
a Section member, you must join the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section
first.
