Sometime soon, your clients will be hauled into a foreign forum, receive foreign discovery requests, or have to manage risks and obtain insurance for their operations and products abroad.

We give you tools to create the global leverage to help them. Our newsletters and programs address:

  • Transnational tort litigation and insurance law issues impacting the U.S.;
  • Foreign Tort Trial and Insurance law and practice; and
  • The interest of International Associate members in TIPS.
