DRAFT RULES AND REGULATIONS I understand that by submitting my name for inclusion in FSLC- INFORMATION EXCHANGE (ListServe), I agree to accept and abide by the terms and conditions of membership as follow: 1) The FSLC-INFORMATION EXCHANGE (List serve) is a "closed" list serve. It is open only to members of the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee and is to be used only for related purposes. 2) The opinions and statements posted on the EXCHANGE are not those of the ABA, TIPS, the FSLC, their officers, directors, employees and members, but rather the sole responsibility of the poster. 3) The FSLC-INFORMATION EXCHANGE will be moderated by the FSLC and that the FSLC or its moderators the Exchange's moderators retain the sole right and discretion to refuse to post any message(s) that, in their opinion, do(es) not comply with the terms of this agreement. 4) The ABA, TIPS, FSLC, their officers, directors, employees, members and moderators have no responsibility or liability for either posting or failing to post any message or messages, or for any damages resulting from the maintenance or existence of these sites or the FSLC-Information Exchange. 5) The members of the FSLC-INFORMATION EXCHANGE agree to maintain a proper level of professionalism, decorum and civility in any message submitted for posting. A member may submit a simple change of address (firm name, office address, telephone or fax number and email address) too the FSLC-INFORMATION EXCHANGE when it is appropriate. 6) The FSLC-INFORMATION EXCHANGE is maintained solely for the education and convenience of the members of the FSLC.
