The Fidelity and Surety Law Committee Newsletter, published quarterly, is a publication of interest to fidelity and surety practitioners, consultants and company claims professionals. Members of the committee may access current and prior editions.



Now furnished to all FSLC members as a free member benefit by E-mail link, The Fidelity & Surety Digest is a quarterly publication in circulation since 1963. Fidelity & Surety Digest provides authoritative summaries of the most recent fidelity and surety cases. Fidelity & Surety Digest is compiled under an arrangement with the Surety & Fidelity Association of America, overseen by an Editorial Board comprised of seasoned FSLC practitioners. Each issue averages 16 to 20 pages in length and summarizes approximately 100 cases. The digest is an up-to-date, informative tool no fidelity and surety professional can afford to be without.
