|
Welcome to the Spring 2009 issue of the Fidelity & Surety Digest. This issue is provided as a member benefit to each of you as Fidelity & Surety Law Committee members. The Fidelity & Surety Digest, formerly known as the Fidelity & Surety News, is an American Bar Association publication with a 41-year history. We identify, organize, and summarize all the fidelity and surety cases we can find each quarter. We add the summaries to a searchable database that will soon be available on the FSLC website. Read more and obtain your issue here of the Summer 2009 Fidelity & Surety Digest.
