The Law of Suretyship

April 13-14, 2000

Baltimore, Maryland

The FSLC, in joint sponsorship with the Surety Association of America, will present The Law of Suretyship on April 13-14, 2000 at the Inner Harbor Hotel in Baltimore. This program, which was a great success when it was put on several years ago in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Atlanta, will be presented with many of the same speakers from the FSLC committee, along with some updated topics and new speakers. The program will also result in the publication of a stand alone volume on the Law of Suretyship, which was a very successful seller after the last Law of Suretyship programs. Ed Gallagher will again be the Program Chair, and he expects about 18-20 speakers over a two day period will discuss various aspects of the Law of Suretyship. This is an excellent program for younger practitioners and company personnel. We expect to have a buffet dinner co-hosted by the FSLC and the Surety Association, along with sponsorships from companies and law firms, on Thursday evening of that program.

On Saturday, April 15, 2000 at the Inner Harbor Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland the FSLC Vice Chairs meeting will be held.
