| 34TH ANNUAL TIPS MIDWINTER SYMPOSIUM ON INSURANCE, EMPLOYMENT AND BENEFITS Fort Lauderdale Grande Hotel & Yacht Club January 17-20, 2008 Fort Lauderdale, FL Contact: Debra Dotson 312/988-5597 |
| This year’s program maintains the meeting’s traditional focus on issues relating to life, health and disability insurance and ERISA, insurance regulation, employee benefits, and employment law. We believe that our program stands out because it brings together counsel from all sides—corporate counsel, plaintiffs’ counsel, defense counsel, trade association, and governmental and regulatory counsel—and our program will provide opportunities for discourse among counsel with different perspectives.
