Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section

CORPORATE COUNSEL COMMITTEE
Publications

The Committee regularly publishes items regarding issues facing corporate counsel in three different ways: an Annual Update of Insurance Coverage Law in the Journal's Annual Survey; a quarterly Committee Newsletter; and periodic seminar/CLE materials. Committee members are also encouraged to write longer articles for the TIPS Brief and the Tort & Insurance Law Journal.

Annual Update of Insurance Coverage Law
Every year, during the summer, the Committee puts together a concise summary of significant court decisions of interest to corporate counsel. Each of these summaries runs about 30 pages, plus footnotes. The summaries are published in the winter edition of the Tort & Insurance Law Journal.

Committee Newsletter
The Committee's Newsletter is published four times a year. Each edition usually contains one or more short articles of interest to Committee members, news about Committee meetings and programs and other items.
