The 33rd Annual TIPS Midwinter CLE Meeting, January 11-14, 2007 is quickly approaching. This time you can get your CLE with a bit of California sun as we go west to the Surf & Sand Resort in Laguna Beach, CA. As usual, the Life Insurance Law Committee will serve as the host committee. This Midwinter Meeting promises to give you more bang for your CLE buck by providing break-out sessions in addition to the plenary programming. Topics will include class action litigation trends, litigation trends in life insurance and annuities, ERISA interpretation around the circuits, resolving pension plan issues, and the status of attacks on discretionary clauses; in addition, there will be an insurance commissioner roundtable.

A limited number of hotel rooms have been blocked for this program. To book your hotel room now at $235.00 per night, call 888/869-7569.
