The Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee examines the liabilities and obligations of all forms of commercial carriers and includes regulation and accident issues. The Committee provides an opportunity to meet and exchange ideas and tactics with other professionals regularly working in the transportation industry.

As a member of the Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee, in addition to the TIPS publications, Tort Trial and Insurance Law Journal, The Brief and TortSource, the Committee publishes a newsletter and conducts valuable CLE programs.

For enrollment in a committee of the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, simply fill out the on-line committee application form.

Please note:  If you are already a Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section member, you may join up to three (3) committees at no additional cost. However, if you are not a Section member, you must join the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section first.
