About the Program

Each year ABA TECHSHOW® extends an offer to bar associations and other legal organizations to demonstrate their commitment to promoting the best in legal technology by participating as an ABA TECHSHOW Program Promoter.

In return for helping promote ABA TECHSHOW to their members, bar associations are able to offer their members a $200 discount off the standard registration fee(early bird) for the conference. Additionally, all organizations that participate in the program are eligible to receiveup to two complimentary passes to ABA TECHSHOW.

Bar Associations Are Expected to:

1. Provide publicity for ABA TECHSHOW in at least two of the following ways:

   1. Place an ad for ABA TECHSHOW in your major membership publication during at least one of the following months: November, December or January.

   2. Place information and a link to the ABA TECHSHOW website (www.techshow.com) on your website in a prominent location such as your front page or news page.

   3. Send a dedicated e-mail to your members featuring ABA TECHSHOW.

   4. Place stories or other information about the benefits of ABA TECHSHOW in your publications, website and/or electronic newsletters.

2. Complete a short marketing report form once you have completed advertising telling us what promotion you have performed and provide us with web page links and printed samples. We will then register your complimentary guest. Once 7 of your members have registered, we will register your second complimentary guest.

ABA TECHSHOW® is Expected to:

1. Provide you with appropriate advertising materials and copy through a website which you can access at your convenience (http://www.techshow.com/promoters/media/).

2. List your organization as a Program Promoter on the ABA TECHSHOW website and in the program guide to be given to all attendees (we print at least 2000 program guides).

3. Provide one individual of your choosing with free admission to ABA TECHSHOW once you file your marketing report. Provide an additional individual of your choosing with free admission once seven of your members have registered.

4. Provide your members with a $200 discount off the standard registration (Early Bird rate) when they provide your Program Promoter code when registering. After February 1, 2008 your members will receive $100 off the standard rate.
