Published in collaboration with Georgetown University Law Center since 1996, The State and Local Tax Lawyer presents scholarly articles and noted on state and local tax issues. Beginning in 2007, future issues will be published as the annual State and Local Tax Edition of The Tax Lawyer and will be sent to ABA Tax Section members as a benefit of membership. The Symposium Edition of The State and Local Tax Lawyer will continue to be published separately by the ABA Tax Section in conjunction with the Annual State and Local Tax Symposium sponsored by the Section of Taxation and Georgetown University Law Center.
