Published in collaboration with Georgetown University Law Center since 1996, The State and Local Tax Lawyer presents scholarly articles and noted on state and local tax issues. This peer-reviewed journal has consistently provided important scholarly and topical articles and case notes for attorneys, tax managers, and accountants with a specific interest in state and local taxation. Beginning in 2007, issues are now published as the annual State and Local Tax Edition of The Tax Lawyer and are sent to ABA Tax Section members as a benefit of membership.
