EDITORIAL POLICY
The ABA Section of Taxation NewsQuarterly is
published four times a year to report on developments
pertaining to taxation, Section news and meeting updates,
and other information of professional interest to Section
of Taxation members and other readers.
The NewsQuarterly welcomes the submission of unsolicited
manuscripts from members with insights to share. The
NewsQuarterly, however, cannot be responsible
for unsolicited manuscripts and reserves the right to
accept or reject any manuscript and the right to condition
acceptance upon revision of material to conform to its
criteria.
NewsQuarterly articles and reports reflect the views
of the individuals or committees that prepared them
and do not necessarily represent the position of the
Section of Taxation, the American Bar Association, or
the editors of the NewsQuarterly.
Manuscripts and letters should be mailed to: ABA Section

Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005. Inquiries also are
welcome by e-mail to tax@abanet.org. The NewsQuarterly
is distributed to Section of Taxation members as
a benefit of membership. Nonmembers may subscribe for $15 per year,
or may request back issues (when available) from the
ABA Service Center
for $4 per copy.
