Washington, DC welcomes the Section of Taxation to the 2003 May Meeting, May 8–10th. Join us and take advantage of the opportunity to meet with the country's leading tax attorneys and government officials to discuss the latest federal tax policy initiatives, regulations, legislative forecasts, and planning ideas.

The Grand Hyatt Washington will again serve as the Section of Taxation's Headquarters Hotel. In addition, a special block of rooms has been reserved at the nearby Marriott Metro Center. For reservation information and convention rates, see our Hotel & Travel page.

Please note that the Hotel Reservation Form should be sent directly to the desired hotel, not to the Section Office.

Section Luncheon & Reception
The Section Reception will take place on Friday, May 9, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and the Section Luncheon will be held on Saturday, May 10 from 11:45 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. Both events will be held at the Grand Hyatt.

Don't forget, meeting registration fees are waived for Section members the first time they attend a Section meeting! Take this opportunity to introduce young associates in the DC area to outstanding CLE, to make them even better functioning tax lawyers and to build the future of the Tax Section. The Final Program includes a list of programs specifically designated for young lawyers. Walk-in registrations are welcome.

ABRA Sponsorship
The Section of Taxation would like to thank the American Bar Retirement Association (ABRA) for its generous contribution in support of the May Meeting. The ABA Members Retirement Program, sponsored by ABRA, and offered by prospectus by State Street Bank & Trust Company of Boston, is designed to meet the retirement planning needs of law firms.
