McBride Baker & Coles - Summary of Legislation Relating To Digital Signatures, Electronic Signatures, And Cryptography. This is the most useful link. It contains summaries and links to many state, national, and international legislation.

The Baker & McKenzie Global E-Commerce Law Web Site is updated weekly and contains links to all enacted and pending legislation and regulations at the state, federal, and international levels.

The Perkins, Coie site is informative on Digital Signatures.  Aptly billed as a "Digital Signature Resource Center."

The Electronic Frontiers Georgia Digital Signature Working Group. This page has some tutorial information along with some useful informational links.

The Canadian Security Establishment. This is tutorial information on Public Key Infrastructure presented by the Canadian Security Establishment.

Digital Signature Legislation Overview by Simone van der Hof and Bert-Jaap Koops. This is a modest overview with some international information.

Center for Democracy and Technology home page. This page often has updates and commentary on initiatives such as Senate Bill 909.
