New Online Title Transfer and Title Insurance Program

The RPPT Section is pleased to introduce a new program as part of its continuing effort to bring Section benefits and new methods of continuing legal education to your desktop. In partnership with the ABA Center for Continuing Legal Education and the Carloss Morris Fund, the RPPT Section has recently introduced a three-part series of one-hour, interactive online courses on the subjects of how real property is conveyed and the important role of title insurance.

The Title Transfer and Title Insurance Online Training program will serve as a thorough introduction to real estate conveyancing and title insurance for young lawyers and real estate support staff. Experienced practitioners will also benefit from a comprehensive review of title insurance commitments, policies and endorsements, reflecting the most recent revisions adopted by the American Land Title Association.

The program is designed to allow you to review these materials at your own pace and convenience. It is also MCLE-accredited in over 21 approved states. Click here to learn more and to take advantage of early-bird rate discounts!
