This list was prepared as the result of a discussion on ABA-PTL, an e-mail discussion group sponsored by the ABA Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law. It is a compilation of information supplied by persons who have indicated a willingness to prepare deeds, for a fee, to assist out of state counsel in estate planning and estate administration engagements. Also included is a compilation of issues of concern regarding deed preparation engagements.
