Don’t Miss This Opportunity! Join Us in Vancouver, British Columbia, September 27–29

The ABA Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and the ABA Section of Taxation will once again co-sponsor a Fall CLE Meeting, September 27–29, at the Hyatt Regency and The Fairmont Hotels in Vancouver, British Columbia.

This is the fifth year that we have decided to combine our CLE offerings with those of the Section of Taxation. Last year’s meeting in Denver was a big success, and we are looking forward to this year’s meeting as well.

This meeting presents many opportunities for you to experience CLE that is beneficial to Section members who share many common legal interests. Join us and take advantage of networking with the country’s leading attorneys and government officials to discuss the latest initiatives, regulations, legislative forecasts, and planning ideas.

The meeting will include stand-alone real property and estate planning CLEs as well as joint programming with the Section of Taxation.

Watch for details at www.abanet.org/rppt/2007.

Join a RPPT Section Committee

If you are a member of the ABA Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and do not belong to a group and/or committee, you are not taking full advantage of the opportunities offered by the Section. Group membership is free of charge to all RPPT members. Once you sign up for a group, you may wish to then sign up for a specific subject matter committee within the group. These smaller committees are working bodies, and the larger groups accept members on an informational basis. The Section has over 70 committees involving over 3,000 Section members.

The Section encourages members who wish to participate actively in a group to contact the Section office at (312) 988-5651 for further information on group membership. For the complete Guide to Committees, including group and committee descriptions, please visit our website at www.abanet.org/rppt.
