1996 Spring CLE and Committee Meeting

The Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section will host its Seventh Annual Spring CLE and Committee Meeting in San Diego on May 16-18, 1996, at the San Diego Hyatt Regency. The meeting will feature more than 40 information-packed CLE programs and will offer attendees the opportunity to participate in over 60 committee meetings. CLE program offerings include:

The spring meeting also includes Hot Tips lunches, interactive committee meetings and social events for networking with other lawyers. Section members who cannot attend the Spring meeting can buy written materials, audiocassettes and diskettes from the programs. 1996 Midyear Meeting

At the 1996 ABA Midyear Meeting in Baltimore, Maryland, the ABA House of Delegates accredited an Estate Planning Law specialist program of the National Association of Estate Planners and Council of Marietta, Georgia. This is an estate planning law specialist certification program for lawyers who can demonstrate substantial involvement, experience and expertise in this area of law and practice.

1996 Annual Meeting

The 1996 ABA Annual Meeting will be held in Orlando, Florida, August 1-7, 1996. The Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel is the ABA headquarters. The Section headquarters will be just across from the Dolphin at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, August 1-6. Continuing legal education sessions and committee meetings will be held August 4-6.
