Usually we try to give you information which we think will be helpful to you in analyzing or otherwise using/improving/enhancing your use of technology in your practice.

But this issue we are putting a new twist on this column. We want YOU to TELL US what kinds of information you want to hear. What questions do you have? What problems are you encountering? Are you trying to decide whether to upgrade now or wait until Vista (Microsoft's upcoming operating system) is released and what are the pros & cons of that analysis? Are you thinking about installing a wireless system in your office and if so, do you want to know what the pitfalls and security dangers are for such a system?

We want to provide you with the answers and information you need to deal with the questions and problems you face.
