Biography

Jeffrey A. Margolis has maintained a specialty in commercial real estate law since 1973, when he became “the” (back then there was only one) real estate associate at Whitman & Ransom (now, Whitman Breed Abbott Morgan). Subsequently, Mr. Margolis practiced real estate law with the well-known New York firms of Marshall, Bratter, Greene, Allison & Tucker (1976-79), and Goldfarb & Fleece (1980-1982). He started the “Margolis Law Firm” in 1982. Jeff Margolis is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School where he was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review.
