The ABA Annual Meeting begins next month, with
our Section's activities running from Friday,
August 9 through Sunday, August 11. Events include
substantive and standing committee meetings,
CLE programs, traditional meetings such as the
Commercial Leasing Breakfast Roundtable, a networking
reception welcoming new Section members and
reconnecting with old friends and colleagues.
All these events and more, the networking and
camaraderie we all enjoy and come back for year
after year, all in the nation's capitol, surrounded
by incredible museums, exhibitions, memorials
and wonderful restaurants -- a great place for
families.
And don't miss out on the Diversity Luncheon
program at the Capital Hilton on Saturday, August
10th at 12:30 pm. The luncheon will feature
discussions on women rainmakers, as well as
the impact of diversity on law firm economics.
Last year's Diversity Luncheon was sold out
and several people were unable to attend, so
register early and don't miss out this year.
