- Vivisimo is one of the more recently activated
search engines (an alternative to altavista, google,
yahoo and others). Vivisimo's unique concept is searching
for "clusters" of documents. You will find that it
is a very useful search engine alternative.

- Hotel Guide is a very useful tool for locating
and finding details about hotels throughout the USA
and beyond. It will give you everything available
within whatever regions you choose to search, and
you can usually link directly from the guide to the
individual hotel property for reservations - and it
will give you the applicable phone numbers and location
maps as well.

- This page will let you find the applicable federal
rate (the minimum interest rate) to be assessed by
IRS against your transaction in the event you do not
provide a reasonable rate in your deal documents.
