Preview of Spring CLE Meeting Agenda
The Section’s Spring Symposium will
be held on April 26-27 at the Ritz Carlton in Arlington (Pentagon City),Virginia.
The theme of this year's Symposium's Real Estate Programs is "Real Estate
in the New Economy".
Seminars sponsored by the Section’s
Real Property Division will include:
1. Doing the Digital Deed: Challenges
for Real Estate Transactions in the New Millennium.
2. Revised Article 9 - What Every Real Estate
Lawyer Needs to Know.
3. Promoting High-Tech Businesses in New Communities.
4. Title Insurance Issues in a Multi-State, Multi-National
Transaction.
