The Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law and the Section of Taxation invite you to the 2007 Joint Fall CLE Meeting in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Join us! You’ll have the opportunity to earn valuable CLE and ethics credits and network with the country’s leading attorneys, government officials, and Real Property, Trust and Estate Law and Tax Section members and guests.
The Hyatt Regency Vancouver will serve as the Joint Fall CLE Meeting Headquarters Hotel. Additionally, rooms are available and some meetings will take place at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.

Be sure to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount available through Thursday, August 21st!
Any ABA Section member attending any part of the 2007 Joint Fall CLE Fall Meeting, regardless whether or not he or she speaks, must register and pay the registration fee. Shared registrations are not permitted. Companions are defined as non-Section members not attending substantive meetings. Any companion attending substantive programs must register and pay either the Section member or non-Section member registration fee, whichever is applicable.

The Joint Section Breakfast/Plenary Session will take place on Friday, September 28th at 7:30am at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver
JOINT SECTION RECEPTION
The Joint Section Reception will take place on Friday, September 28 th from 6:30pm – 8:00pm and will be held at the Fairmont Vancouver (Pacific Room).

WITHIN WESTERN HEMISPHERE
WASHINGTON – The U.S. Departments of State and Homeland Security announced June 8, 2007 that U.S. citizens traveling to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda who have applied for but not yet received passports can nevertheless temporarily enter and depart from the United States by air with a government issued photo identification and Department of State official proof of application for a passport through September 30, 2007. The federal government is making this accommodation for air travel due to longer than expected processing times for passport applications in the face of record-breaking demand.
