The I Group is comprised of five committees.
Each of them deals with a different aspect of commercial lending.
But all of them relate to various aspects of the life cycle
of the commercial loan.

In one form or another, almost every issue with respect to
commercial real estate can be found discussed in one or another
of the I-Group committees. We hope you will take the time
to connect to the web pages of the different committees linked
above, many of which have additional information about the
substantive law and issues related to the particular committee
as well as information concerning activities of the committee
and opportunities for involvement by committee members. We
are confident you will find something of interest there which
may assist you in your individual practice and perhaps motivate
you to become more involved in one or more of our Section's
