Working Group Sets Judicial Benchmarks for MENA Regional judicial experts in the Middle East and North Africa agree that ensuring access to justice and improving justice systems in the region requires effective tools that evaluate a country’s performance and adherence to international standards of judicial practice. Such international standards of monitoring and evaluation have not previously existed.
