Greetings!
Welcome to the Section’s Young Lawyers’ Center. Young lawyers typically have had little to no experience with this committee’s areas of law when they graduate law school. The YLD, through its 101 and 201 series, teaches new and more experienced lawyers how to do fundamental tasks of lawyering. The YLD’s Public Utilities, Telecommunications, and Transportation Committee composes checklists in our legal areas guiding you through these tasks. All young lawyers, as members of the YLD, can access these checklists here. Want to add a checklist for our collection? Contact me or any of the vice chairs.
Sincerely-
Chris Fortier, YLD Liaison
