The Legal Studies Program, which was started in 1979, is
administered through the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs and the
College of General Studies. |
| Statement of Intellectual Structure: |
| "The Legal Studies major is an interdisciplinary course of study
that combines the theories and methods of several social science disciplines and of law.
While not designated as a pre-law program, the goal is to develop students' understanding
of the nature, content, and operation of American law and legal institutions." |
