Program Status: The Jurisprudence Program is part of the Yale Gordon College of Liberal Arts, an advanced undergraduate (juniors and seniors) college at the University of Baltimore.
Statement of Intellectual Structure:
"The undergraduate B.A. in Jurisprudence is administered through the Division of Legal, Ethical and Historical Studies. The program examines law in its intellectual, historical, and social contexts. The program of study combines both a theoretical understanding of law's role in society and the analytical skill to facilitate success in a variety of professions, including law, public service, and business."
Program Curricular Organization: Two required courses, and twelve courses from among four subject areas (philosophy, history, government and public policy, and English/communications).
