  1. "Coming to America -- Undocumented Workers," an overview of U.S. illegal immigration debate including a role play to consider policy options on undocumented workers.
  2. "Civic Options on Proposition 187," a case study of the California initiative and a policy analysis framework for discussion and evaluation.
  3. "Education and the 14th Amendment," a case study of Plyler v. Doe, the 1982 Supreme Court decision central to the constitutional debate over Proposition 187 and similar measures. Includes a moot court simulation.
