    Younger students learn about the concepts of minority and majority as they apply to people and legal doctrine and older students learn about "separate but equal" and court decisions and legislation that define the constitutionality of classifying students for enrollment in public schools.     Younger students learn to identify the experience of discrimination, distinguish between permitted and illegal discrimination, and argue for and against providing a free public education to children of illegal aliens.
