Hinsdale Central High School - Hinsdale, IL
Class: Business Law II

Hinsdale Township High School Central is located in Hinsdale, Illinois approximately 17 miles outside of Chicago. The participating students are from Mr. William Walsh's Business Law II classes and are primarily seniors and juniors.

Total population of 2400 with an almost 100% graduation rate, the school's demographics are as follows: White, 83%; Black 1%; Hispanic 2%; Asian 13%; and Native American .3%.

The students of Hinsdale Central are proud to be considered the fifth most esteemed public high school in the state of Illinois. Not only are academics well above state averages, but the Red Devils athletics hold both state and national championship titles.

Hinsdale Central school district is a suburban residential area of approximately 35,000 people. Students who attend the school live in Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Oak Brook, and portions of Burr Ridge, Willowbrook, and Westmont. The parents are predominantly professional, executive, or managerial people.

In participating at the ABA National Online Youth Summit, we hope to gain insight from a wide variety of people, students, teachers, and national leaders about the future of capital punishment.
