This program has shown us to open our minds up to other information about the criminal justice system. The program itself has been in progress since 1994. The program was developed by Chief Miller of Belle Glade Police Department and Dr. Effie Grear, Principal Of Glades Central at that time. The first class in 1994 had approximately 35 students.
