Spring 2001: Does Capital Punishment Have a Future?

Class: Constitutional Law II

Midwood High School at Brooklyn College is located in the Midwood Section of Brooklyn and is across the street from Brooklyn College. The school has some 3800 students broken into three categories. Medical Science, Humanities and Collegiate. We have been awarded the U.S. Department of Education's Excellence in Education Award twice since 1987. The students in this class, Constitutional Law Two are Juniors and Seniors and they are from all three programs in the School. The students in the class go on trips to the Federal Courts, the Rikers Island Correctional Facility and various New York State Prisons.
