LRE Summer Institutes 2006 Oklahoma PACE XVII (Programs Advancing Citizenship Education) Summer Teacher Institute July 9 - 13, 2006 (Sunday-Thursday) Reed Conference Center - Midwest City, Oklahoma Grade Levels: K-12 Subjects: This year's institute entitled "Know Your Courts" will expose educators to various aspects of the Oklahoma courts. Field trips allow teachers to interact with members of the Oklahoma courts as well as learn firsthand about the juvenile justice system, jury selection, and the death penalty.
