We held overall judging April 20th at the Arkansas Bar Center. The judges were from every level of the legal system. Our award ceremony was held on May 3rd at the State Capitol. The winners received $1,100.00 in U.S. Savings Bonds and a plaque or ribbon. The posters remained on display at the Capitol during the week of May 1-5, 2000.
