The Wichita Bar Association will host its annual Law Day Luncheon on Tuesday, May 6, 2008, at the Hyatt Regency Wichita. Our speaker will be Sean Carter, Humorist at Law.

Also at the luncheon, the Young Lawyers Association will present the Liberty Bell award and the Law in Education Committee will present the Benson Batt award, which honors someone in the field of law related education.

From April 21 to May 16, the Wichita Bar Association's Law in Education Committee will provide local lawyers and judges to speak in elementary, junior high, and high school classes to educate students on the importance of the rule of law.
